多家加密财库公司股价走低转向探索数字信用募资，但可持续性存疑
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 31 日，据英国《金融时报》报道，随着比特币等加密资产价格走弱，部分以持有加密资产为核心业务的加密财库公司在股价走低后开始转向“数字信用（Digital Credit）”新型融资工具，该模式 Strategy 推广，向投资者提供高息永续优先股，而募集资金则用于继续购买比特币，自推出约 10 个月以来已吸引约 105 亿美元资金流入。目前多家加密储备公司正计划效仿这一模式，包括 Strive Asset Management、The Smarter Web Company、Capital B 等。
不过，该模式的可持续性引发市场关注。由于优先股股息主要依赖持续融资支持，而非经营现金流，部分分析人士担忧其长期运作能力。与此同时，加密储备概念热度降温，多家相关公司股价较高点大幅回落，部分企业甚至被迫出售加密资产并回归原有主营业务。
