市场分析：阿联酋退出欧佩克，多国或跟进引发联盟瓦解忧虑
Odaily星球日报讯 阿联酋突然决定退出欧佩克暴露出该产油国联盟内部的裂痕。Lipow Oil Associates 总裁 Andy Lipow 表示：“如果遵守配额的国家对那些不遵守的国家忍无可忍，我们可能会看到更多退出，最终可能使欧佩克失去意义。”卡塔尔、厄瓜多尔和安哥拉等国此前已相继退出该组织，理由是对配额不满或国家优先战略转移。Lipow 称：“阿联酋既不是第一个，也可能不会是最后一个。”分析人士指出，一些对欧佩克+限制感到不满的国家可能考虑放弃成员资格。Kpler 首席石油分析师 Matt Smith 将哈萨克斯坦列为关键候选，“哈萨克斯坦去年一直在大幅超产，因此他们可能将此视为退出该组织的一个机会，”Smith 补充称，非洲最大原油生产国尼日利亚也值得关注。尼日利亚正越来越重视国内炼化，这减少了其对出口市场的依赖，并可能削弱其继续受配额约束的动机。市场观察人士称，委内瑞拉也是另一个可能。随着产量恢复速度快于预期，以及可能出现更倾向美国的政治环境，该国可能寻求更大的灵活性。(金十)
