美国 SEC 就 Privvy 创始人涉嫌 1230 万美元加密货币骗局提起诉讼
ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，美国 SEC 在休斯顿联邦法院提起诉讼，指控德克萨斯州赛普里斯市居民 Nathan Fuller 运营一个涉案金额高达 1230 万美元的加密货币诈骗项目，该项目利用虚假的人工智能交易机器人进行诈骗。
Nathan Fuller 告诉投资者，其专有的基于人工智能的机器人能够自动扫描加密货币交易平台，通过高频套利捕捉微小的价格缺口，并承诺在 30 至 45 天内获得 40% 至 50% 的回报。一些投资者甚至被告知，他们可以在 21 天内获得超过 100% 的保证收益。
SEC 称，Privvy Investments LLC 创始人兼唯一成员 Nathan Fuller 在 2022 年 10 月至 2024 年年中期间，从分布在九个州和两个外国的约 150 名投资者处募集了这笔资金。他还以 “Gateway Digital Investments” 的化名开展业务。
据称，只有约 3% 的资金真正用于加密货币交易，而富勒本人则至少私吞了 620 万美元，并以类似庞氏骗局的方式向早期投资者支付了约 550 万美元。
