
美SEC起诉得州一男子涉嫌参与1230 万美元加密诈骗

BlockBeats 消息,5 月 30 日,美国证券交易委员会(SEC)宣布起诉得州居民 Nathan Fuller,指控其通过加密资产交易项目实施欺诈,向约 150 名投资者 募集约 1230 万美元资金。SEC 指出,Fuller 于 2022 年 10 月至 2024 年年中期间,通过 Privvy Investments 等实体向投资者出售相关投资产品,并宣称利用自主研发的 AI 交易机器人进行加密资产高频套利交易。
根据起诉书,Fuller 曾承诺投资者可在 30 至 45 天内获得超过 40%-50% 的回报,并声称最快 21 天即可获得超过 100% 的保证收益。SEC 称,相关 AI 交易机器人并未按宣传方式运作,Fuller 挪用了至少 620 万美元 投资者资金用于个人开支,并使用约 550 万美元 资金进行类似庞氏骗局的兑付,同时通过伪造账户报表和虚假文件误导投资者。
