Hyperliquid游说组织欢迎CFTC批准美国首个永续合约，称监管正认可Perp市场价值
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 29 日，Hyperliquid 游说组织 Hyperliquid Policy Center 发文欢迎美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）最新监管举措，包括批准美国首个上市永续合约、发布永续衍生品上市政策声明、相关解释性指引及不采取执法行动函（No-Action Relief），以及关于 24/7 交易、清算和结算的工作人员咨询文件。
Hyperliquid Policy Center 表示，这些举措是监管层长期以来首次明确承认永续合约在价格发现和风险管理中的合法性与重要性。其指出，过去监管不确定性导致相关市场和流动性流向海外，削弱了美国在全球衍生品市场的竞争力。
Hyperliquid Policy Center 还表示，期待与 CFTC 深入合作，推动建立不仅适用于中心化中介机构，也适用于链上协议的监管框架。目前大部分永续合约交易活动实际上发生在链上市场。
