Dialing routines into onchain reps lately.
Last night I tried @sleepagotchi and the simple bedtime → wake-up loop genuinely made me more mindful:
• screens off earlier
• lights down
• consistent check-ins
It feels like having a tiny coach in the background without the pressure.
Now I’m sketching small automations with @NucleusCodes to log wake-up times and surface patterns I can actually improve on.
To close the loop, I want to share weekly progress on @quipnetwork so the habit gains a bit of social gravity and real accountability.
Health → code → social.
Slow systems, real consistency.
